Matt Gray is a seasoned professional with experience in media buying, talent acquisition, and human resources management. At Agility since March 2022, Matt holds roles as a Media Buyer and Account Coordinator. Previously at Backcountry, from May 2021 to January 2022, Matt excelled as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, overseeing talent management data for over 300 employees and guiding more than 450 candidates through the recruitment process. Matt's background includes mentoring interns at Brigham Young University, contributing to research in inclusive leadership, and creating strategic hiring plans for the Utah Department of Corrections. Matt’s internship experiences span various organizations, including Aetna and Marafiki Africa, where Matt developed marketing strategies and streamlined onboarding processes. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
