Diana Harm

Diana Harm has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Diana is currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at Agility Outsourced Chief Investment Officer since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TIAA where they held various positions including Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner, and Director of HR Business Partner. At TIAA, they contributed to the integration of two large business units, provided strategic consulting for senior managing directors, and supported the wealth management business. Before TIAA, Diana worked at Alliance Data Retail Services as an HR Manager in talent development and as a Human Resources Advisor. Their responsibilities included determining strategies for talent development, workforce planning, and addressing business and human capital issues. Diana began their career at Alliance Data Retail Services as a Human Resources Generalist.

Diana Harm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Diana also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix. In terms of additional certifications, Diana obtained the TMI Private certification from The Talent Strategy Group in 2021. In 2017, they completed the HR Leadership: Influencing Organizations, Decisions and People program at the University of South Carolina. Diana is also a Professional in Human Resources certified by SHRM, although the year of certification is not specified.
