Alyssa Beck has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Alyssa began their career in 2013 as a Client Success Manager at DiscoverOrg, where they trained clients on the DiscoverOrg database, provided client services and database support, and increased client retention and renewal rates. In 2014, they joined Columbia Sportswear Company as a Sr. Learning Specialist, where they created content for global stakeholders centered around leadership, coaching and development, managed multiple content build projects, and facilitated courses. Alyssa also served as a Compensation and Training Administrator, managing training and development for remote North America based sales employees, developing online training content, and providing resources to employees after assessments. Additionally, they acted as a Sales Operations Specialist, creating and managing sales employee new-hire onboarding experience, and designing sales infographics and other product training tools. In 2018, they moved to PacifiCorp as a Learning and Development Manager, where they created, communicated, and drove the strategy for learning and development and culture throughout the business, and worked with leaders to create succession plans and develop talent pipelines. Most recently, in 2021, they joined OnPoint Community Credit Union as a Leadership Development Consultant. In 2022, they are set to join Agility Robotics as a Learning and Development Manager.

Alyssa Beck completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Secondary Education and Teaching - Social Studies from Central Washington University between 2003 and 2006. Alyssa then earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University between 2015 and 2017. Alyssa has also obtained several certifications, including Situational Leadership from The Center for Leadership Studies in November 2021, CliftonStrengths Administrator from Gallup in August 2020, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in May 2020, Myers-Briggs Certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in January 2019, EQ-i 2.0 from High Performing Systems, Inc. in October 2017, Prosci Change Management from Prosci in June 2016, and Change Style Indicator from MHS.
