Jack Thomas has worked in the robotics industry since 2014. In 2014, they worked as an Employee at Smug's Pizza. In 2016, they became an Apprentice Machinist at Ulven Companies Inc. In 2018, they were an Equipment Engineering Intern at Boeing, where they coordinated the implementation and management of several production systems. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at MTM Robotics as a Robotics Technician, where they coordinated with applications engineering and customers to gather constraints and specifications necessary to develop specialized automation solutions and streamline processes in the aerospace industry. Currently, they are a Service Engineer at Agility Robotics.
Jack Thomas attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2019 and obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a focus in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the College of the Redwoods from 2012 to 2015 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology. Additionally, they were awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Manufacturing Technology from the College of the Redwoods.
