Currently serving as Managing Director for Synergy Compliance Solutions (SCS) in Europe since January 2020, Harpreet oversees the company's Consulting, Professional Services, and Staffing business portfolio across 27 EU countries. As Executive Director for SCS in the UK since September 2011, responsibilities include strategy and business development. In addition, Harpreet is a Partner at Agility Venture Partners, contributing to the expansion of the firm’s presence in the UK. Previous roles include Sales Director and Vice President at Polaris Financial Technology Limited and Business Development Manager at NIIT Technologies Ltd. Harpreet holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
