Neha Lakhwara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investments and corporate law. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Agility Ventures since January 2025, Neha leads efforts in fostering partnerships and providing consultancy to startups. Neha has also served as a Startup Mentor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, since September 2024, and briefly as a Consultant at AKCJ Ventures. Prior roles at Agility Ventures included Assistant Vice President-Investments, where Neha was instrumental in deal structuring and network building, and Manager-Investments and Manager-Legal and Secretarial, focusing on fundraising and regulatory compliance. Neha’s earlier experience includes serving as Company Secretary at MN Corpexjuris and Deputy Manager-Legal at Sigma Legal Group, where responsibilities encompassed legal drafting and corporate governance. Neha holds a degree as a Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Agility Ventures, a leading Angel Investors Network, is capturing the market by storm through its guidance and consultations about investing in new technology-focused businesses.
