Aldo Porry Pastorel

Aldo started his career in 1973 in Alitalia where he covered roles of increasing responsibilities, taking care about all the selection process of Pilots, Crew and High Potential. Since 1991 he has been involved into the Executive search business, working also on Executive Assessment, Managerial Training and the delivering of Executive Coaching. Aldo has a degree in Labor Psychologist and a Master in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Aldo has more than 30 years of professional experience and he is Executive Partner of AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY , with a specific focus on the Executive Appraisal area.
