Jim D. Riznyk, Ph.D. has been in the professional workforce since 2008. Jim D. began as a Freelance Web Developer for oDesk and then moved on to become a Database Administrator for Trans.eu Platform in 2011. In 2013, they became the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Meest, as well as Project Manager for Master Class (SociUM) Ltd. In 2015, they were appointed Head of Sales & Marketing (West Coast, Mid West and Canada) for Miatech. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Master Class (SociUM) Ltd. and then transitioned to Director Of Marketing And Business Development and Head of Marketing & Business Development for Agiliway.

Jim D. Riznyk, Ph.D. received their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Service Enterprise Management and Economics from LUTE in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2011.
