Maryana Cherkes

Maryana Cherkes is an experienced professional in the fields of project and delivery management, with a focus on software solutions for enterprise clients. Currently serving as Delivery Director for Agiliway since December 2016, Maryana oversees the implementation and support of CRM solutions for business and NGO organizations. Prior to this role, Maryana was a Project Manager specializing in CiviCRM projects, providing consulting and project management services to NGO clients. Maryana's extensive background includes positions at SoftServe, where roles such as ISMS Analyst, Metrics Analyst, Process Analyst, and Statistical Analyst were held, contributing to the development of information security management systems and process improvement initiatives. Maryana holds master's degrees in Law and Economic Cybernetics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
