Sergiy Korniyenko

Sergiy Korniyenko has worked in the software development industry since 1995. Sergiy'sfirst role was as a Software Developer at IVOA, Ltd. In 1998, they joined SoftServe, where they held various roles including Resource Operation Director, Software Development Office Director, VP Solutions/VP Delivery, Strategic Business Unit Manager, Project Manager, and Team Lead. In 2015, they co-founded Agiliway, a custom software development company, and currently serves as the COO. At Agiliway, they help partners and clients work more effectively by providing flexible yet high-quality consulting and software development services.

Sergiy Korniyenko obtained their Master degree in Applied Mathematics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 1992 and 1997. Sergiy then furthered their education by obtaining an MBA from the Lviv Institute of Management between 2002 and 2005.
