Ulyana Mysyk

Ulyana Mysyk has over 20 years of experience in the banking and BPO industries. From 1997 to 2004, they worked at Ukrsotsbank in various roles, including Operation department, credit department, and Head of VIP department. Ulyana then moved to Ukrsibbank, where they served as Head of retail business analysis of Western Region (5 regions) from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they took the role of Head of credit department at Prominvestbank, and in 2012 they became Head of credit and corporate divisions Western Regional Department at Credit Dnepr Bank. In 2016, they joined Agiliway as BPO Director and Head of BPO Department, and also became Manager at VAfromEurope / European Virtual Assistant Agency.

Ulyana Mysyk attended the Lviv Banking College specialty "Banking" from 1994 to 1996, and then the Ternopil Academy of National Economy Institute of the Banking business from 1996 to 2000.
