VP of Customer Success & Support at Agillic

Luis González has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Luis currently works at Agillic as the VP of Customer Success & Support since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Exerp, where they held various positions including Global Director of Client Success & Account Management, Director of Professional Services, Director of Client Success, Account Director, and Key Account Project Manager. Before joining Exerp, Luis worked at CSC as a Project Manager, Project Leader, Project Control Analyst, MS .Net Programmer Analyst, and MS .Net Analyst. Luis also worked at Intermark Tecnologias as a .NET developer. Overall, Luis brings a wealth of experience in client success, account management, professional services, project management, and programming to their current role.

Luis González attended Paula Frassinetti from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics. Luis then pursued higher education at the Universidad de Oviedo from 2000 to 2005, majoring in Computer Engineering with a focus on IT.

In addition to their formal education, Luis has also obtained several certifications. In November 2014, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI San Diego Chapter and the ScrumStudy certification from Scrum.org. Prior to that, in November 2012, they acquired the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from PMI San Diego Chapter. Furthermore, Luis completed the ITIL Foundation V3 certification program offered by ITIL in September 2008.

To enhance their professional skills, Luis has pursued various online certifications as well. In 2021, they obtained the Remote Work Foundations certification from LinkedIn, along with certifications in Communicating with Confidence and Effective Listening. In 2016, they completed the Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards and Change Management certifications from LinkedIn.

Luis has shown a commitment to professional development throughout their career by continuously acquiring relevant certifications in project management, ITIL, and agile methodologies.
