Danielle Davila

Danielle Davila is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Coordinator at Agiloft since March 2019, Danielle oversees people processes for a global team, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and enhancing the employee experience. Prior experience includes roles as an Office Manager at Carney Construction Consulting, where Danielle managed administrative functions and HR processes, and positions at The Container Store and Bandalou, involving sales, merchandising, and financial analysis.
