Lars Boijer-Spoof Heikinheimo

Lars Boijer-Spoof Heikinheimo is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources, operations management, and sports management. Currently serving as Acting HR Manager, Operation Process Manager, and Club Manager at ELIXIA Finland since February 2019, Lars has also held the role of Store Manager at Stadium from November 2006 to January 2019, where responsibilities included maximizing profit and fostering team development while recruiting and coaching over 100 individuals. Lars has contributed to the community as a board member for both the Jumbo Shopping Centre Tenant Association and the Myyrmanni Shopping Centre Tenant Association.
