Jason Barnwell

Jason Barnwell is the Chief Legal Officer at Agiloft, where they lead a corporate legal team in an AI-driven enterprise. Previously, they served as an attorney at Microsoft, supporting various divisions with legal guidance on cloud services and enterprise solutions. Jason has also worked as a corporate transactions attorney at law firms like Heller Ehrman LLP and Cooley LLP, focusing on emerging technology and venture capital clients. In addition to their legal career, they have been actively involved in advisory roles and board memberships, including with the Pacific Science Center and the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium. Jason earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a JD from USC Gould School of Law.
