Stacie Herron

Stacie Herron serves as the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since April 2021, leading legal, compliance, risk management, human resources, and facilities operations while being part of the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Stacie held significant positions at Brookfield Properties from August 2018 to April 2021, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and played a key role in overseeing legal and compliance matters across the organization. Stacie's prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at GGP, where operational responsibilities encompassed corporate governance and compliance. Additional experience includes roles at OfficeMax and Bell, Boyd & Lloyd. Stacie Herron holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa.
