Megan started their career as a Social Worker at HealthCare Partners in 2011, where they provided support to patients and their families, coordinated referrals, and assisted in completing advanced directives. In 2012, they joined GE Healthcare Camden Group and held various roles including Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager. During their time at GE Healthcare Camden Group, Megan gained extensive experience in strategic advisory services to healthcare organizations, with a focus on population health, clinical integration, care management, and utilization management. Since 2016, they have been working at agilon health, first as the Vice President of Market Operations and currently as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
