Rick Schnall

Mr. Schnall has been with Clayton Dubilier & Rice for 21 years and is a member of the Investment and Management Committees. He is responsible for the acquisitions and subsequent sales of AssuraMed, Diversey, Envision Healthcare, PharMEDium, Sally Beauty and VWR; the acquisitions of agilon health, Brakes Group, David’s Bridal, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, Healogics and US Foods; and the sale of Alliant Foods.

Previously, Mr. Schnall worked in the investment banking divisions of Smith Barney & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. He is a Director of agilon health, David’s Bridal, Drive, Healogics and US Foods.

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
