Ma. Cristy Villafranca, CSTE has over 20 years of work experience in various roles including SQL Report Developer & Data Analyst, SQL Report Developer Analyst, Lead Quality Assurance Analyst/Software Engineering Associate Manager, Software Quality Assurance Analyst/System Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, Software Developer, and Computer Science Professor. Ma. Cristy has a strong background in generating, diagnosing, and maintaining accuracy of internal finance and accounting department reporting. Ma. Cristy Villafranca is experienced in utilizing SQL scripts, stored procedures, Crystal Report, SSRS, and MS Excel Visual Basic (VBA) for report designing, developing, and enhancing. Ma. Cristy is skilled in performing data mining analysis, troubleshooting SQL databases, and providing assistance for application programs and updates. Additionally, Ma. Cristy Villafranca has managed teams and worked on projects involving functional testing, regression testing, system testing, and continuous improvement. Ma. Cristy has also served as a professor, teaching various computer science courses and advising students on thesis projects.

Ma. Cristy Villafranca, CSTE obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from AMA University. Ma. Cristy graduated from this program in 1996.

In addition to their Bachelor's Degree, they have obtained certifications such as the Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from the QAI Global Institute in December 2008. Ma. Cristy has also obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services (WES) in November 2018.
