Riki Maroli

Riki Maroli has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1996, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services for 12 years, holding various roles including Sr Manager HR. Following that, from 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2018, they became the Director of Quantified HR Private Ltd., a boutique HR consulting company based in New Delhi, India, where they focused on permanent staffing for mid and senior level roles in the IT and Non-IT industry. Most recently, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Engineering and Technical roles at Agilus Work Solutions starting in 2023.
