Shawn Qureshi

Shawn Qureshi has diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Shawn started their career in 2002 as a Program Supervisor at Omega Direct Response Inc., where they managed outsourced call center services. In 2008, they joined Arrow Professional Services as a Recruitment Specialist/Staffing Consultant, matching professionals with job opportunities. Shawn then moved on to INTEQNA/Agilus Work Solutions in 2011 as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, expanding beyond engineering and technical positions. In their role, they worked with Design Group Staffing Inc., the largest privately owned recruiting firm in Canada. Currently, Shawn is a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Agilus Work Solutions, formerly known as Inteqna, where they focus on connecting and serving candidates and employers in the work community.

Shawn Qureshi completed their Ontario Secondary School Diploma at A.Y. Jackson Secondary School from 1996 to 1999. Shawn then attended York University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a BA degree in Sociology. Later, from 2004 to 2008, Shawn pursued a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they returned to York University to complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, although the start and end years for this degree are not specified.
