Chitra Palaniappan

Chitra Palaniappan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Analyst at Agilysys since October 2019, with a focus on Global HRIS. Prior to this role, Chitra was an HR Specialist at Foodhub from July 2018 to October 2019, specializing in HRIS management. Chitra began the career as a Human Resources Trainee at Bally Technologies, where the role was as a contract employee from June 2015 to July 2018. Chitra holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from the Karaikudi Institute of Technology and Karaikudi Institute of Management, completed in June 2014, and a BSC in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. Umayal Ramanathan College for Women, earned in April 2012. The educational background also includes completion of secondary education in Computer Science at SMS Hr Sec School in June 2009.
