Kelly Tetterton

Kelly Tetterton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries including finance, banking, and retail. Kelly started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Foot Locker in 1997, where they provided customer service and assisted with store operations. Kelly later became a Store Manager, focusing on increasing profits and managing inventory. In 2005, they joined Wachovia Bank as a Teller before moving to First South Bank as a Loan Servicing Specialist and later as a Loan Servicing Supervisor. During their time at First South Bank, they developed standardized training programs and ensured excellent customer service for existing loans. In 2008, they worked at BB&T as an Asset Maintenance Clerk III and then as a Retail Loan Services Team Lead II. Kelly handled various responsibilities including billing property taxes, processing loan payments, and providing customer support. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Training Coordinator/Deposit Ops Specialist at the little bank, Inc., overseeing employee compliance training and reviewing regulatory standards. Kelly then worked as an Accounting Assistant at BankStaff The Financial Specialists for a brief period in 2013. After that, they joined Angelica Corporation as a Revenue Quality Specialist, focusing on revenue quality and analysis. Currently, they are employed at Agilysys as a Business Operations Specialist, responsible for managing business operations and analyzing billing data.

Kelly Tetterton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from East Carolina University. Kelly also completed a Diploma in a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Highland Park High School. Furthermore, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Pre-Business from Pitt Community College. Kelly Tetterton obtained a Master of Science in Accountancy with a specialization in Controllership Accounting from Strayer University-Maryland.
