Kim Sergent

Kim Sergent currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Global Marketing Operations at Agilysys since September 2025. Previously, Kim held the position of Head of Marketing for ADP's Employee Financial Solutions division from 2021 to 2025, overseeing B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing. As Chief Marketing Officer at Paysign, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, Kim led corporate marketing, branding, product marketing, and PR efforts. Prior experience includes Vice President of Marketing for Financial Services at InComm Payments, where product and digital marketing were emphasized, and Vice President of Americas Marketing & Global Marketing Ops at Manhattan Associates. Earlier roles also encompass Vice President of Global Product Marketing at First Data Corporation and Director of Channel and Consumer Marketing at CheckFree/Fiserv. Kim holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS from Georgia Tech, with a minor in Industrial Psychology.
