Nadhiya Selvapandian

Nadhiya Selvapandian has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nadhiya is currently the Director of Engineering, Payments at Agilysys, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Entersekt as the Director: Product and Solutions Specialists from February 2019 to December 2021. Within Entersekt, they also held the position of Senior Solutions Architect and Product Owner from January 2019 to January 2021, where they specialized in identity and access management, web and mobile authentication solutions.

Before Entersekt, Nadhiya worked at Amadeus from 2013 to 2019. Their roles at Amadeus included Solutions Architect, Enterprise Solutions from May 2018 to January 2019, Product Manager and Product Owner, Hotel Migration Platform from August 2016 to May 2018, and Product Development Analyst, Identity and Access Management from August 2013 to August 2016. Nadhiya started their career at Amadeus as a Management Trainee - Amadeus Sales Solutions from March 2013 to August 2013.

Prior to Amadeus, Nadhiya worked at Design & Reuse as a Web Marketing and Sales Analyst from August 2012 to January 2013. Nadhiya began their professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer from July 2008 to August 2010, where they proposed business IT solutions, developed performance optimization solutions, and mentored junior team members on Informatica. Nadhiya later served as a Software Development Team Lead from August 2010 to August 2011 at Tata Consultancy Services.

Nadhiya Selvapandian completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree at Vellore Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management. Additionally, Nadhiya has obtained various certifications, including AWS Concepts, Network Protocol Fundamentals, Network Routing Fundamentals, and Subnetting Fundamentals, from Linux Academy in May 2020.
