Andrew Minh Le Bierl

Andrew Minh Le Bierl is the owner of Aging Guardians, a placement agency established in January 2024, focused on assisting seniors in finding suitable retirement homes and providing concierge services. Previously, Andrew served as Wellness Director at Laurel Parc at Bethany Village from November 2021 to March 2024 and held various coaching positions, including Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Vancouver Victory Mens Soccer and Head Coach for the U17 ECNL Boys at Washington Timbers Football Club. Additional experience includes roles such as ODP Soccer Coach for U11 Boys with Portland Timbers, General Manager at Salmon Creek Indoor Arena, Recreation Specialist at Job Corps, Director of Sports Coordinating at TBK Bank Sports Complex, and Head Coach at Bettendorf Soccer Association. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies from Western Illinois University.
