Karen Brown -- Finance

Karen Brown, an MBA Finance graduate from the University of Colorado, possesses extensive experience in supporting the aging population through various roles. Currently serving as the Colorado Liaison at Transamerica Institute since October 2021, Karen aids employers in enhancing recruitment and retention efforts for mature workers. As CEO and Chief Innovation Guru at iAging since 2014, Karen focuses on improving the lives of older individuals and their caregivers by fostering innovative solutions. Additionally, Karen acts as the Denver Chapter Ambassador for Aging2.0, advocating for entrepreneurs addressing aging challenges. Karen's caregiving experience with aging family members highlights a personal commitment to this demographic, complemented by previous leadership of the Age-Friendly Work Place Initiative at Changing the Narrative. Educationally, Karen also holds a BA in Geology from the University of Montana and has studied at the Colorado School of Mines.
