Inge De Haes

Partner at Agio

Inge has 25 years of experience providing hands-on legal advice to shareholders, entrepreneurs and their businesses and projects. She is versed in the broad field of business law, from commercial contracts to corporate transactions and disputes, financing and securities and directors' liability. She has a particular focus on restructurings of companies in difficulty with or without the application of the judicial reorganization procedure (GRP -previously WCO). She acts as a liquidator and has been appointed as trustee by the Corporate Court of Antwerp since 2009. She also advises clients on real estate transactions.

Inge started her career at the Antwerp Bar in 1996, then became Managing Partner at a medium-sized Antwerp firm, before joining Monard Law in mid-2016. Since April 2021, she joined Agio Law as a partner.

Inge completed her Master of Laws degree at the Catholic University of Leuven in 1995. During her studies, she also studied at the Université de Havre (France) as part of an Erasmus exchange. She also obtained two additional study programs: a Postgraduate in Maritime Sciences at the University of Antwerp (faculty TEW) in 1996 and a Masterclass in Human Resource Management at the AMS in 2018-2019.
