Lies graduated as Master of Laws (magna cum laude) from the University of Antwerp in 2022. She has been a member of the Bar Association of the Province of Antwerp since September 2022.
During the last years of her studies, she specialized in corporate law. More specifically, she developed a keen interest in insolvency law as a student researcher.
Today, Lies is still academically active as a predoctoral researcher at the University of Antwerp.
Within Agio Legal, she mainly focuses on Insolvency Law, Company Law and Contract Law.
