Shweta Arya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Business and Competitive Intelligence at Agios Pharmaceuticals since September 2025, Shweta previously held the role of Director for Launch Readiness and Forecasting at Sarepta Therapeutics from September 2023 to September 2025, where notable contributions included leadership in launch strategies.
