Samuel Ku

Samuel Ku is an accomplished fashion executive known for extensive experience in the denim industry. As the President and Creative Director of AG Jeans since September 2020, Samuel continues to lead a brand recognized for its high-quality designer denim. Previously, Samuel served as the Founder of CQY from June 2018 to February 2024, where a men's and women's denim collection was successfully launched, showcasing premium materials and Los Angeles manufacturing, with sales at top retailers such as Barneys New York and Neiman Marcus. Earlier career roles at AG Jeans included President & Creative Director, VP & Creative Director, and Men's Denim Designer from September 2001 to July 2017. Samuel Ku holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UC Irvine, graduating in 2001, and completed secondary education at Flintridge Preparatory School.
