Bonnie Dunn is an experienced leader in customer operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Enablement for OVO Energy at AGL since March 2013. In this role, Bonnie oversees both front and back of house operations, leading the contact centre and operational areas. Previous positions include Head of Operational Services & Optimisation, where responsibility encompassed the strategic delivery and continuous improvement in Learning & Development, Change & Communications, Resource Planning, and Process Automation. Bonnie also held the role of Head of Commercial Operations (acting), managing functions for AGL’s Business & Commercial Customers. Additional experience includes serving as Contact Centre Manager, Team Manager at Sydac, and HR Advisor with Optus. Bonnie's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Flinders University.
