Catherine Mooney

Catherine Mooney is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Communications at AGL since April 2015, Catherine leads stakeholder programs across the company's gas and renewables portfolio. Previous roles at AGL include interim Head of Stakeholder Relations and Senior Manager of Government & Community Relations, focusing on engagement in South Australia. Catherine's experience also includes leading Corporate Affairs for Accel Energy, providing consultancy services to BHP Billiton, and managing change initiatives at BHP Billiton. In addition to practical experience, Catherine holds an MBA and a BA in Communications from the University of South Australia.
