Samuel Amaro

Samuel Amaro has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the industrial gas industry. Samuel currently holds the position of Director of Operations at AGL Welding Supply Co., Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Messer Americas, where they served as a Program Manager for H2/Samuel Quality Assurance starting from October 2019.

Before joining Messer Americas, Amaro worked at Linde for over 20 years. Samuel'sroles at Linde included Continuous Improvement Coordinator, Production Supervisor in the Chemical Manufacturing Department and the Halogen Room, Lighting/Inert Gas Blending Technician, Distillation Column Technician, Inventory Controller, and Cylinder Controller. Throughout their tenure, they consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity improvements. Samuel also excelled in building and developing high-performing teams, implementing standard operating procedures, and increasing production efficiency. Amaro possesses technical expertise and problem-solving skills that contribute to their success in the industry.

Samuel Amaro earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Energy and Sustainability Policy from Pennsylvania State University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Linde in 2018.
