Léa Verdillon

Léa Verdillon is a Partner at Aglaé Ventures. Prior to joining Aglaé Ventures, Léa served as an Investor at Serena from September 2015 to January 2020. At Serena, Léa was responsible for sourcing and executing investments across the innovation and digital markets. Léa also served on the board of Heuritech and Quantilia, and as an observer on the boards of Prestashop, Flexybeauty, Hull.io, and Uptime. Léa actively participated in the following deals: Evaneos, Vekia, Coorpacademy, Inato, iBanFirst, and Implicity.

Prior to their work at Serena, Léa interned at Hermès GB Ltd in their finance department from January to July 2014. During their time there they were responsible for financial analysis and strategic financial planning and reporting sales. Léa was also involved in management controlling, specifically purchases policies and internal control procedures. In addition to their finance responsibilities, Léa spent two weeks working as a sales and stockroom assistant in the three different shops in London.

Léa began their career in the M&A department at Cambon Partners where they interned from July to December 2013.

Léa Verdillon has a degree from HEC Paris and a CEMS MIM from the National University of Singapore. Léa also has a degree from Ipesup.
