Mirtes began her IT Staffing career over ten years ago as a Senior Account Manager. She realized she enjoyed helping people and had a knack for finding the right talent resources for her clients at the right time while building long lasting relationships. She quickly gravitated to the entrepreneurial world by founding AGM Tech Solutions. Today AGM Tech Solutions is one of the fastest growing women owned companies in the United States. Mirtes attributes this rapid success to investing time in understanding her clients business goals and initiatives. Mirtes continues to take a hands-on approach while focusing on strategic leadership, direction, new business development and overall vision to keep AGM expanding even further. She enjoys sharing knowledge, wisdom, and experience by mentoring her team of eight full time employees.
