Ariel Mendez Valentin

Ariel Mendez Valentin, MBA, M Ed, CPL, currently serves as the Associate Director of Retention at Ana G. Mendez University, a position held since February 2022. Prior roles include Director de Matricula at Universidad Ana G. Méndez and various leadership positions focused on retention and student support at Universidad Metropolitana, including Director Asociado de Retención and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Retention and Development. Ariel has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing student retention strategies, alongside overseeing the Student Tracking System to aid decision-making for stakeholders. Educational achievements include an MBA with a focus on Project Management from Ana G. Mendez University and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Universidad Central de Bayamón.
