Liron Prizant

Liron Prizant is the current VP of HR at Agmatix. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People for Sisense from August 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the employee life cycle and setting plans that met Amdocs values and financial targets. Liron also led the implementation of HR processes such as Performance Management, Salary Revision, Annual Incentive Plan, Amdocs Values, etc.

Before their time at Sisense, Prizant served as a Global People Business Partner for the company from August 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for supporting business goals and implementing HR strategy and best practices.

Prizant began their career at Amdocs in November 2015 as an HR Partner. In this role, they were responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for managers and employees and implementing best practices within the organization.

Liron Prizant holds a B.A. in Social Science and Special Needs Education from Tel Aviv University and an MBA specialized in Human resources and organization development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
