Ori Yuval

Ori Yuval is the current CFO at Agmatix. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Reporting Manager at ICL Group from December 2015 to January 2022, and as the Finance Director at Marimedia Ltd. from July 2014 to April 2015.

Ori's responsibilities have included preparing yearly and quarterly financial reports and related notes, responsibility for all accounting treatments including business combination, consolidation, derivatives, impairments, and more, communication with high management, and developing and implementing reporting solutions.

At Marimedia Ltd., Ori's responsibilities included budget planning and maintaining company budget, salaries, collection, purchasing and payments, treasury, financial efficiency, report preparation and presentation to internal and external regulatory bodies, and finance aspects of M&A.

Ori has extensive experience in finance and accounting, and has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage teams and operations. They are a highly skilled communicator with excellent problem solving abilities.

Ori Yuval received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from The Hebrew University. Ori also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Accounting from the same school. Ori is certified by the Israel Ministry of Justic - Accountants council as a CPA.
