Ieva Talačkaitė

Ieva Talačkaitė has diverse work experience in project management and coordination. Ieva'smost recent role was as an IT Project Manager at Agmis, where they managed teams' workflow through methodologies like Kanban and Scrum. Ieva acted as a Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and facilitating collaboration among team members and clients. Ieva also provided guidance and support to team members, conducted performance evaluations, and identified skill gaps or training needs. Prior to this, Ieva worked at TietoEVRY as a Junior Project Manager, Test Engineer, and Mentor. Ieva also gained experience as a Brand Promoter at Partizanas and held various roles as a Projects Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator at VU SA.

Ieva Talačkaitė completed their education at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2015 to 2019. Ieva studied Computer Software Engineering during this time. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In February 2017, they completed a course on "Digital marketing for beginners" at Firsty.lt - karjeros galimybių portalas. In January 2017, they also obtained a certification in "Google analytics" from the same institution. Furthermore, in November 2020, they obtained the "Professional Scrum Master I" certification from Scrum.org.
