Joy Gray Prince currently serves as the Director of Upper School at The Agnes Irwin School since July 2021. Previous roles include Interim Middle School Dean of Students and Director of College Counseling at Atlanta Girls' School from February 2018 to June 2021, and Dean of College Advising at The Weber School from March 2016 to January 2018. Joy has extensive experience in college counseling and admissions management, having worked as a Project Manager at Telerecruiting Corp and the City of Atlanta, as well as holding various teaching and counseling roles at Emory University, Holy Innocents' Episcopal School, Agnes Scott College, and Charlotte Country Day School. Joy holds a Master of Arts in French Studies from Middlebury College and a Bachelor's Degree in French Studies from Davidson College.
