Sydany Aabitha began their career in 2021 as an HR intern trainee at CPCL Refinery in Manali. sydany then moved on to Brakes India Private Limited in 2021, where they worked as an HR intern trainee. During this role, Sydany gained experience in personnel management, worked closely with the Safety Officer, and was involved in the recruitment process for apprentice trainees. In 2022, Sydany began working as a Human Capital Resources Specialist at AgniKul Cosmos.

Sydany Aabitha is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Madras Jobs, with a focus on Human Resources Management. sydany previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College For Women, where they studied English Literature, from 2017 to 2020.
