Elliot Mercer

Elliot Mercer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Innovation at Agnition Ventures, Elliot leads teams focused on developing commercially viable solutions for the future of farming. Prior positions include Director at EcoPond Limited, Executive Council Member at AgriTech New Zealand, and Director at Āmua and Elbow Architects. Previously, Elliot was Head of Innovation at Fletcher Building, where responsibilities included driving innovation strategy and fostering an innovation culture. Elliot also held the position of Director at PwC New Zealand, providing strategic consulting to executive management and boards. Early career experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Kiewit and Patent Executive at A J Park, demonstrating a diverse background in engineering, project management, and intellectual property.
