Pankaj Bathwal has accumulated over 20 years of work experience in the field of software engineering and management. pankaj began their career at Cynosure Media Solution Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in software development related to server/client technology. pankaj worked on projects such as Multitasking Server Messaging System (MSMS) and storage area network solutions for enterprises.

In 2003, Pankaj joined Axis IT&T as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the design and development of the Edify platform, a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solution. pankaj also participated in the integration of the SpeechPearl Engine from ScanSoft into the Edify platform, utilizing NMS service.

In 2006, Pankaj joined GENBAND as a Technical Lead. pankaj worked on the RSI Network Services Platform (NSP), mainly focusing on the SIP interface of the platform. pankaj also played a key role in the integration of Convedia SIP-based Media Server in the NSP platform.

Following this, Pankaj joined AGNITY, Inc in 2008, starting as an Engineering Lead. pankaj designed and implemented the INGw gateway for TCAP traffic to the M5 product SIP application server (SAS). pankaj also worked on the Agnity Telecom Platform, supporting multi-protocol applications for various telecom services. Throughout their tenure, Pankaj took on increasingly managerial roles, eventually becoming an Engineering Director. pankaj was responsible for engineering, product development, and end-to-end delivery of Agnity Solution group projects.

As a Sr Engineering Manager at AGNITY, Inc, Pankaj managed projects, teams, and deliveries for customers such as OWMesaaging Inc. pankaj also played a crucial role in ramping up the team size from 10 to 40 in just four months. pankaj'sresponsibilities included requirement analysis, designing solutions, and overseeing multiple projects related to email messaging servers.

Pankaj's most recent position, held since April 2015, is as an Engineering Director at AGNITY, Inc. pankaj is responsible for the delivery of a third-generation message queue server for Customer Email messaging servers, utilizing Cassandra as the backend data storage. Additionally, Pankaj is involved in customer interactions, effort estimation, and the creation of LOE and SOW for projects.

Pankaj Bathwal attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1994 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this period. Following this, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Delhi College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
