Following this, Pankaj joined AGNITY, Inc in 2008, starting as an Engineering Lead. pankaj designed and implemented the INGw gateway for TCAP traffic to the M5 product SIP application server (SAS). pankaj also worked on the Agnity Telecom Platform, supporting multi-protocol applications for various telecom services. Throughout their tenure, Pankaj took on increasingly managerial roles, eventually becoming an Engineering Director. pankaj was responsible for engineering, product development, and end-to-end delivery of Agnity Solution group projects.
As a Sr Engineering Manager at AGNITY, Inc, Pankaj managed projects, teams, and deliveries for customers such as OWMesaaging Inc. pankaj also played a crucial role in ramping up the team size from 10 to 40 in just four months. pankaj'sresponsibilities included requirement analysis, designing solutions, and overseeing multiple projects related to email messaging servers.
