Julie Silvestri has over 40 years of experience in the industry, beginning in 1977 as an Account Manager at AT&T. In 1998, they became a Sales Manager at ATT, where they hired, trained and directed teams of 9 account managers responsible for a customer base of medium-size businesses with a $30M revenue stream. Julie formulated sales strategies and tactics to optimize revenue growth and meticulously tracked sales and sales compensation. In 2008, they moved to AT&T as a Sales Executive in the Premiere Client Group, where they developed strategic initiatives to retain and grow an $11M revenue stream through consultative selling. Julie directed an extended support team to ensure outstanding and timely customer satisfaction, and identified key trends and customer needs, handling communication to support teams and VP management team. In 2011, Julie moved to knf Technologies, Inc. as a Business Manager, and in 2013, they became the Director of Customer Service & Sales Support at Agnostic Networks.

Julie Silvestri earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Golden Gate University between 1991 and 1993.
