Stephen DiBartolomeo

Stephen DiBartolomeo is a seasoned professional currently serving as Principal at Roo Capital since August 2024 and Co-founder/President of Chiplytics since February 2021. Previously, DiBartolomeo held the role of Principal at Scout Ventures from December 2020 to August 2024 and worked at the National Security Agency as a Product Manager from December 2017 to May 2021. DiBartolomeo's experience also includes serving as a Product Manager and Cyber Program Manager at the US Navy and briefly participating in the Veteran Integration Program at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, DiBartolomeo has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Science and has contributed to projects at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory. DiBartolomeo earned a BS in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
