Fuka Koshi

Fuka Koshi currently serves as a Partner Executive at Agoda, focusing on expanding the coverage and quality of Agoda's supply network since August 2024. Prior to this role, Fuka worked as a Recruiting Advisor at NEO CAREER Co., LTD, facilitating recruitment for the manufacturing, service, and IT sectors within Japan from April 2023 to August 2024. Fuka has also gained customer service experience as a Barista at Starbucks for nearly three years, along with various internships in sales and marketing at Adventure, Inc., hospitality at MGM Resorts International, and luxury service training at Park Hyatt. Fuka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kansai Gaidai University and has participated in an exchange program at Old Dominion University.
