Jun Dong

Jun Dong is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Lazada since December 2021, Jun Dong focuses on strategic key accounts in FMCG and LazMall operations. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director for Tmall Global Beauty at Alibaba Group, where responsibilities encompassed P&L accountability, brand marketing, and social commerce from November 2018 to November 2021. Jun Dong's tenure at Procter & Gamble from June 2005 to 2018 featured positions as General Manager for SK-II China, where P&L responsibilities were held, and Global Marketing Director for GUCCI, overseeing brand strategy and product innovation in key markets. Jun Dong holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Wuhan University.
