Kc Riano

KC Riano is a seasoned professional in instructional design and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Agoda since November 2019, where previous roles also included Talent Development Manager and Learning and Development Programs Manager. With experience as an E-Learning Manager at TaskUs Philippines and as Lead of Instructional Systems Design and eLearning at Sutherland Global Services, KC has developed expertise in curriculum design, analytics, and learner-centric methods. Additional experience includes instructional design roles at Convergys, where responsibilities ranged from facilitating training sessions to delivering and evaluating training materials. KC Riano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, with a major in English, from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Rosa Campus.
