Rahul Rathor

Rahul Rathor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting, currently serving as a Global Technical Escalation Engineer at Agoda since March 2013, focusing on L3 Infrastructure Support. Prior to Agoda, Rahul worked at Wipro Infotech as a Senior IT Support and Monitoring Specialist and as a Sr. System Administrator, providing comprehensive support for Windows and SQL Server both locally and globally. Rahul holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University, and a PGDBM in Information Technology Project Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
